Lechon Asado y Flan de Leche a la Cubana!

While El Yuma has expended a lot of kilobytes debating the finer points of the Cuban blogosphere and Cuba's economic reforms, two post that remain perennial favorites (both ranking in the top five of my most visited posts) are about something that we all can agree on (well, except for observant Jews and Muslims - who both agree that "el puerco es un asco!"):

So, as a way to wish all my readers a Japy San Guivi, I am linking you back to those two posts from a year ago.  If you make either of these dishes and live within an hour of NYC, you have to invite me over to share the wealth!  I'll bring the cafe y ron!

Abrazos a todos!

Rules to blog by:
1. More light than heat; More argument than attack.
2. How to fight fair: If you must attack, fine - but attack others' (or my) arguments, not persons, families, or waistlines.
3. Show me the money - back up your statements with reasons and examples, not innuendo and character assassinations.
4. Be respectful, even (especially) of those with whom you disagree.
5. And the golden rule: Treat others as you yourself would want to be treated.
